What Do I Need to Qualify for An Apartment or Private Home Rental?

 Most apartments evaluate applications on a case by case basis. But in general you should plan on your gross income being equal to 3 times the monthly rent. 


Your credit score should be at least 550. If you’re a first time renter and don’t have credit, you may need a co-signer but I have a list of apartments that accept first time renters.


You should have verifiable income. Some properties will accept an offer letter if you have not yet started your job. You can also pay months of rent in advance.

Do You Offer Services in All of Arizona?

No, we only work in the metro-Phoenix area.  However, renters looking to move to Phoenix from out of the area are welcome.

Can You Help With Special Issues?

Yes. But if your broken lease or eviction is less than 2 years old and not paid off, I do NOT recommend my service.  Criminal convictions and  credit  problems are addressed on a case-by-case basis, so feel free to let us know about your situation because maybe we can help.

Do You Work With Section 8 or Housing Vouchers?

Do You Charge A Fee to Find Me A Home?

No.  I will create a customized list of apartments after our consultation.  You MUST write LEASE PHOENIX on your rental application to receive special incentives.

The service we render others is our rent we pay for our place on earth.
